Cherinacherine (チェリーナチェリーネ, Cherīnacherīne) are a pair of fairy characters from the Japanese company Sanrio. They are named Cherina and Cherine and they live in the cherry forest. Sometimes they help with the harvest.
Cherina, who wears ribbons in her ears, loves cherry pies and is good at making them. She is a pampered child and a crybaby. Her favorite food is cherry pie.
Cherine, who wears a ribbon around her neck, loves fresh cherries and can tell a good cherry from a bad one. She is quick and nimble. Her favorite food is fresh cherries.
They are the best of friends and always wear matching ribbons.
