Kappa Rumba (カッパルンバ, Kapparunba) is a Sanrio character who is a kappa, a mythical water creature. He lives in Run Run Land. His real name is Rupapa, and he wears a lily pad on his head. Kappa Rumba is energetic and never runs out of energy. He loves water surfing and other water sports, partially because he is so good at them. He also enjoys relaxing on the beach and picking fresh fruit. His favorite food is watermelon, and he is holding a watermelon in most pictures of him.
