Nya Ni Nyu Nye Nyon (ニャニィニュニェニョン, Nya Nyi Nyu Nye Nyon) are a litter of five cheeky kittens. 4 are boys with white fur and one is a girl with grey fur.
- Nya (ニャ) is the most grown up, and often shown in a green. Sometimes he has freckles.
- Ni (ニィ) is kind and crazy about marshmallows. Often shown in blue, sometimes with a blue and yellow baseball cap and eyebrows.
- Nyu (ニュ) likes milk and is a little bit of a baby. Often wears yellow.
- Nye (ニェ) is trendy and precocious. She has grey fur unlike her siblings, red ribbon and clothing. She is the only girl.
- Nyon (ニョン) likes to stir up trouble, and wears a pink diaper or light blue playsuit.

In the 2013 Sanrio Character Ranking, if they reach 20th place or higher, the grown up version of Nya Ni Nyu Nye Nyon will appear for the 1st time. However, they failed to reach that rank.
