PePePePengiin (ペペペペン議員, Pepepepen giin) is a blue penguin character from Sanrio who wears a necktie. He was born in Hayama and raised in Shonan by his father, BonBon, a trading company executive. He is the senator of the United States of Antarctica, a country where penguins live normal lives just like humans do. His natural attitude and good upbringing make him popular among the female population. He likes sardines and treasures his fish-shaped Member of Parliament badge.
